Dr. Hythem Shadid
is a Chicago-based orthopedic surgeon and researcher with extensive musculoskeletal clinical research experience. He previously served as the longtime orthopedic resource for the US National Soccer teams (men & women). Dr. Shadid is a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, a member of the Arthroscopy Association of North America and of the American Medical Association. Dr. Nolan Horner
is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with a focus on sports medicine, shoulder surgery and trauma surgery. He utilizes cutting edge minimally invasive technology for the management of hip, knee, and shoulder pathology as well as shoulder replacement surgery. Additionally, Dr. Horner has an interest in regenerative medicine and the clinical application of orthobiologics such as platelet rich plasma (PRP) and bone marrow aspirate concentrate (BMAC). Dr. Horner is a highly influential researcher. He has authored well over 100 peer reviewed publications, abstracts, and book chapters. His research is regularly presented at national and international conferences. His research has been cited over 1000 times and has been recognized with numerous awards and grant funding. He regularly acts as an expert content reviewer for many of the top orthopedic peer reviewed journals. He was recently awarded an O-1 visa for individuals with extraordinary ability or achievement by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
